We are excited to announce that Jacob Barnes joined the Headwaters Team on November 5, 2024.  Jacob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation with a focus on Natural Resource Technology from MS State University.  Jacob is from Florence, MS and has joined our Tupelo, MS office as an GIS Specialist.
