As natural resources managers, the Headwaters personnel have over 100-years combined experience in the area land and natural resources management. The Headwaters staff has extensive experience in all areas of wetland mitigation plan development, wetland restoration and enhancement projects and wetland mitigation bank plans and development. Our staff has completed substantial USACE approved wetland mitigation bank projects throughout the States of Louisiana and Mississippi and is very familiar with all the technical aspects of developing a successful wetland and stream mitigation bank and coordinating the projects through the USACE approval process.
