We are excited to announce that Hays Perkins joined the Headwaters Team on November 18, 2024.  Hays has a Bachelor degree from MS State University in College of Agriculture and Life Science and an Associate Degree of Arts from East MS Community College.  Hays is from Bailey, MS and has joined our Ridgeland, MS office as an Environmental Inspector.
