We are excited to announce that Dustin Smith joined the Headwaters Team in November, 2021.  Dustin is from Vicksburg, MS, and carries certifications in Rail Track inspections and Ultrasonic Level II inspections.  Dustin has joined our Ridgeland Branch concentrating on wetland delineations, regulatory permit management and storm water compliance.
