We are excited to announce that Joshua “Coach” Crowder joined the Headwaters Team on May 27, 2025.  Coach has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Blue Mountain Christian University.  His certifications include Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railroad Safety (Track & TSA Safety), OSHA 10 & 30 and Powersafe.  He comes with experience in developing and maintaining safety programs, safety audits and inspections.  Coach is from Brandon, MS and has joined our Madison, MS office as a Safety Manager.
